Worst experience dealing with a lemon claim would not recommend Volkswagen or this dealership. Paid over $540 a month for enterprise rentals and subpar loaners for almost 4 months.

My experience has been outstanding! Servicing and buying vehicles have been the easiest it’s ever been with the staff here. I have owned several VW’s since 2017 and I am grateful that this dealership is around. The knowledge and attentiveness of the staff is top tier. I inquired online about a vehicle and was linked up with Octavio. He pulled some strings to have the vehicle completed out of services to take a look and test drive. He was extremely patient and understanding with my long decision making process and stayed after hours to help complete the purchase process. Not only did it feel like I was on my own timeline, but he was able to carry a genuine conversation that didn’t feel forced or “salesman-like”. Octavio is knowledgeable on vehicles he is selling, but more importantly he brings a human element to the interaction. I can attest that he is able to put himself in the shoes of the buyer and give clients what they need.
