Mykohl took care of me when I brought my 2019 atlas in for service. They get you and out for it to be a Saturday. Shout the two porters Jeff and I don't remember the other gentleman's name but they did a great job taking care of me. I maybe a long time customer because of the service I received. Side note we just need to get better snacks in the waiting area.
Very kind, not pushy at all, they know the cars very well and are competitive. I will buy more cars in the future from them.
I brought in a car for recall repair and the service advisor Mykohl was kind and considerate. He explained they were experiencing some staffing issues and would have to reschedule, so I asked if we could just wait a bit to see if anyone with the proper certification would be coming in. 10 minutes later he told me someone would take care of this today to save me another 45 minute trip at a later date. We bought a car from Luke Mills here in April of 2026. He was awesome! In June, my boyfriend got hit head on and the car was totaled. Great location and super friendly!! Clean environment and i felt very comfortable with the experience. No surprises!
They are very professional, did quality work so we are pleased. The only complaint was that they had it to repair for 12 days, but they said it was because of not having the required parts. Maybe before you take it for recalls first verify that the parts are there. Not uncommon I guess to have to wait on parts anywhere you go, the same thing happened with our Ram truck. Very nice facility!
We put a $1,000 deposit on a used Chrysler that was represented to us as a very clean, low-mileage vehicle in great condition. Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly once we insisted on having the vehicle independently inspected.

Greeted promptly and service time was as expected. I don’t think they really checked all fluids as indicated because as I was driving home my low washer fluid light came on. I had to fill that on my own once I got home.

2022 Atlas went in for a simple oil change. Their complimentary inspection of other fluids apparently included checking the coolant reservoir. This was discovered because the cap was not put back on the reservoir, which led to my wife freaking out on a road trip the next day when the warning light went on and she was 6 hours from home. Thankfully she found a competent place to take it who got the engine bay cleaned up and her back in the road. Was visiting from out of town and these guys were incredibly accommodating, squeezing me in short notice without any hassle. Upon my early arrival, I was grateful for their prompt sign-in and immediate start on the work. They were honest about the recommended services and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary extras. Will was exceptionally personable and communicative throughout my appointment! While I may not need their services again, if I ever find myself in the area and require car repairs, I would definitely return to these guys/gals.
