Was visiting from out of town and these guys were incredibly accommodating, squeezing me in short notice without any hassle. Upon my early arrival, I was grateful for their prompt sign-in and immediate start on the work. They were honest about the recommended services and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary extras. Will was exceptionally personable and communicative throughout my appointment! While I may not need their services again, if I ever find myself in the area and require car repairs, I would definitely return to these guys/gals.

We have three VW's. I took my daughter's car in for service Tuesday and the very next day my car's oil light came on. I took my car in to the service department. Billy said all that I needed was to have the oil topped off so he did that. No charge. In and out quickly. Very nice.

Every time I come to this particular dealership, everybody's very nice, they're kind, and it at least seems like they're doing their best to make everything as quick and painless as possible. They're highly recommend coming to this location.
Sometimes you can judge a dealership by some of the mistakes they make. Had my car serviced here. In my opinion this dealership does take responsibility for all their mistakes I think that's great. I just don't think a company could be in business this long without doing that I think they're in it for the long haul definitely go back again
The service team after check in was good. I did pull in and had to come to the counter where there was an employee sitting on the counter with her foot up eating an apple, just unprofessional. I used to have great service with the team inside but this time it felt different

Bought four tires online from VW for Tiguan and scheduled installation. VW special was Buy 3 Get 1 for a $1. I arrived and they didn't have my appointment. Said there is often a disconnect between VW.com and their dealership. They'd work me in. Also schedule 4-wheel alignment at $180. They told me that my car would require $360 alignment bc calibrations. Then they told me they couldn't honor the 3/$1 offer. So, no tires, no service and no more a customer.
Worst experience dealing with a lemon claim would not recommend Volkswagen or this dealership. Paid over $540 a month for enterprise rentals and subpar loaners for almost 4 months.
I feel that Mr.Will was an awesome Customer Service person. He made me feel so good any questions that I have even if it was corky when he understood what I was saying I’m 63 years old. I had my VW serviced at Germain Westerville. I was pressed for time as I have a seriously ill wife who cannot be left alone for long periods of time. Mason was very helpful as I assessed a prior owned vehicle. He was very flexible in understanding my time constraints and the need to change appointments. He took the time to explain some of the differences in a couple of different models and thoroughly explain the specific car I came to see. He explained more during my test drive. Though I have not yet made a decision, I feel as though he presented some viable options and made my visit a pleasant one with no pressure.

I was looking for a used midsize truck. Germain Volkswagen had one that might be what I was looking for.
